Plan Review Process
The plan review process is specifically established to identify any non-compliance with the codes and address problems before construction begins.
Plans are checked for code/life safety and regulation compliance only.
Plans are approved based on plan review comments.
Sometimes revised plans are required to be submitted depending on plan review comments.Only one set of plans is required to be submitted. The Building Department retains these plans for department use.
Plans are approved, fees are paid and a permit is issued.
