Fee Schedule as set forth by Nevada Revised Statutes and the Humboldt County Board of Commissioners.
PAYMENT FOR RECORDING/COPIES ARE REQUIRED IN ADVANCE
Document fees include: $3.00 recorder's technology fee/$1.00 assist persons
formerly in foster care.
Document recording fees
$14.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page of the same document.
Multi-Title Document - Multi-Title Documents are charged an additional $3.00 extra indexing fee.
Notice of Default - $200.00 in addition to normal recording fees. Effective April 1, 2010.
Non-Standard Document Fee - A $25.00 fee will be charged for documents that do not meet the criteria pursuant to Section 2 of NRS 247.305.
RPTT (Real Property Transfer Tax) - Any document that transfers an interest in real property is subject to transfer tax and needs a completed Declaration of Value form. The Transfer Tax fee due is based on $1.950 per $500 valuation. If there is no tax, the exemption number and an explanation must be indicated on the form.
Military Discharge - No fees required for recording or making copies of Military Discharge Papers.
Copy fees
Official Documents - $1.00 per page
Certifications - $4.00 plus copy charges
Marriage Certificates - $15.00 each (certified copies only)
Index Sheets - $.50 each
Conformed Copies - No charge to conform one copy of a document with copy provided by customer. If copies are not provided, a copy fee of $1.00 per page will be charged.
Map Copies - $1.00 MT plat map copies- $3.00
Uniform commerical code recording fees

$60.00 - When documents are sent in writing and consist of 1 or 2 pages.
$90.00 - When documents are sent in writing and consist of more than 2 pages, and $2.00 for each page over 20 pages.
$2.00 - For each additional debtor, trade name or reference to another name under which business is done.Public finance transaction - $90.00
Manufactured Home Transaction - $60.00
Information request form - $60.00 Per name and $30.00 if request is communicated by another medium authorized by filing-office rule $2.00 per page for copies $4.00 for Certification
Requirements for all Certificates of Location
One original plus one copy of Certificate and one original plus one copy of Map*. Original Map must be either mylar or reproducible - Map must be either 8 1/2" x 14" or 24" x 36"
*This does not include the Maps/Certificates that are required by BLM

Notice of location - $14.00 per location notice
Certificate of location (Lode) - $4.00 Document Fee plus $37.50 for each claim. ($37.50 = $14.00 for certificate, $15.00 map fee, $8.50 State fee)
Example: Recording 10 claims, cost would be as follows: $4.00 plus $375.00 (37.50 x 10) = $379.00 total due.
Certificate of location (Placer) - $4.00 Document Fee plus $22.50 and $1.00 per acre map fee. ($22.50 = $14.00 for certificate, $8.50 State fee)
Example: An 80 acre placer claim would cost $4.00 + $22.50 + $80.00 = $106.50 total due.
Amended Certificate of Location - $14.00 (original and one copy) Please include the reason for the amendment and the original recording number on the amended certificate.
Amended map - $14.00 (Original and one copy) Copy requirements remain same as original COL's. Please include the reason for the amendment and the original recording number on the amended map.
Proof of Labor - $4.00 Document Fee plus $10.50 for each claim on the same document ($8.50 state fee plus $2.00 county fee).
Example: 10 claims would cost $4.00 plus $105.00 (10 x 10.50) = $109.00 total due.
Must be notarized, and must be recorded on or before November 1st.
Affidavit of Intent to Hold - $4.00 Document Fee plus $10.50 for each claim on the same document ($8.50 State fee plus $2.00 county fee).
Example: 10 claims would cost $4.00 plus $105.00 (10 x 10.50) = $109.00 total due.
