September Challenge

Organize a Space

Clean out/organize a space in your home or office (bedroom, closet, spare room, office, garage, patio, etc.). 

You will earn 5 points per room (up to 20 points). You must include before and after pictures with your tracker.

Cleaning and organizing can improve your physical and mental health in the following ways:

  • Improve Happiness
  • Reduce Stress
  • Can Help You Eat Better
  • Improve Your Relationships
  • Boost Productivity
  • Sleep Better
  • Help You Loose Weight

September is a Month of Movement

Take the challenge and log 20 hours of movement in the month of September for 10 points. Remember this is any kind of movement (walking, running, biking, cleaning, gardening, playing, etc.).

On Going Challenges

  • Walk Humboldt County Challenge - Remember you are just tracking how far you walk, ride, swim, bike, treadmill, stair-stepper, etc. and then tracking it on the map. This is a yearly challenge ending May 31st each year.
  • Healthy Snack Challenge - Track the health snacks you eat each day. Earn 10 points each quarter by eating a minimum of one healthy snack, three days per week (if tracker turned in quarterly).
  • Gym Challenge - Gym or home workouts. Tracker can be downloaded from the forms page or on Facebook.
